My Story
Hi! I'm Colleen, your trusted REALTOR®️ deeply committed to uniting people with their dream homes in this beautiful region. I completed my bachelor's degree at Frostburg State University in 2013. Following graduation, I made the decision to obtain my real estate license in Maryland in 2014. My experience extends beyond the traditional role, as I proudly owned my own transaction coordination company for two years, giving me an edge in contracts and negotiations that few can match. In 2022, I made the move to Jacksonville with my fiancé and secured my Florida real estate license.
Currently, I'm taking the next step in my career by pursuing my Florida Broker Associate's license, a testament to my commitment to excellence in this ever-evolving field. Beyond my professional life, you'll often find me spending quality time with my beloved dogs on the sandy shores of Jacksonville Beach or indulging in hobbies like skeet shooting, playing lacrosse, and attending invigorating Orange Theory classes. I'm also an avid fan of local events in Jacksonville and enjoy the thrill of riding horses on the beach.
